On this page, you can find all needed info regarding the new GPSR-rules in the EU 

1. Materials

Our earring hooks are made from 316L stainless steel or titanium. The charms are made from 304 stainless steel, freshwater pearls, semi-precious crystals, plastic or resin depending on the piece. The gold-colored jewellery is vacuum plated.

2. Care-instructions

These are some care instructions to make your jewellery last the longest;

•  Make sure to avoid wearing the pearl and crystal jewellery in salt or chlorine water. This can make them look dull overtime.
• Take your jewellery off before going to sleep
• Keep your jewellery in a closed jewellery box

• Avoid perfumes or lotions when wearing your jewellery (these contain alcohol and can also make your pieces look dull after awhile)

3. Safety

The jewellery is not meant for kids, since it can be a choking hazard due to its size. Also keep away from animals.

Stud earrings can be sharp, so be careful not to step on them.

All items in your order are not meant for consumption.

4. Warranty and returns

Customers legally have a warranty period of 2 years, this is however only applicable if you’ve followed the advised care instructions. You can use your warranty if your jewellery piece has discoloured within this time period. 

You can return your jewellery within 14 days of receiving them. Only earrings can’t be returned due to hygienic reasons!
