Shipping information
- We strive to ship orders within 48h. In busy times this can take a little longer (periods like the holidays)
- We offer multiple shipment options, either with or without tracking. Please note that packages without tracking can’t be followed anymore once I ship them.
- All orders are normally shipped through Bpost. Do you have another preference like mondial relay, dpd, dhl, …? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do!
When do I receive my order?
- Shipment times depend on the shipping option that you chose. Please note that orders without tracking usually take longer to arrive then orders with tracking
- Without tracking: BE 2-3 business days, within EU 3-5 business days, outside EU up to 10 business days
- With tracking: BE 1-2 business days, within EU 1-3 business days, outside EU up to 7 business days
- It can be possible that during busy times of the year these estimated days may vary. This is due to bpost being busy themselves and is unfortunately out of my hands
